Welcome to Senevisa, the official electronic visa application platform for Senegal!

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Senevisa platform (hereinafter "the Platform") implemented by the Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications and Digital of the Republic of Senegal for managing electronic visa applications.

By accessing this platform, you accept these terms. If you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page, do not use the Senevisa platform.

Article 1: Purpose of Service

The Senevisa Platform allows users to:

  • Submit an electronic visa application for Senegal
  • Track the progress of their application in real-time
  • Download their electronic visa once approved
  • Access information about entry requirements for Senegal
  • Modify or complete an application in progress

Article 2: Service Access

Access to the Platform is free. Only visa applications are subject to legal consular fees.

The Platform is accessible 24/7, subject to scheduled technical maintenance. Users will be informed in advance of any planned service interruption.

Important note: Creating a user account is mandatory to submit a visa application.

Article 3: User Account Creation

To create an account, users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of the visa application.

Information required for account creation

  • Full name <strong>as shown on passport</strong>
  • Valid email address (used for all official communications)
  • Phone number with country code
  • Secure password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase and numbers)

Article 4: Service Usage

Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. Users are solely responsible for the use of their account and must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Providing <strong>false information</strong> or <strong>forged documents</strong>
  • <strong>Impersonating</strong> another person or creating multiple accounts
  • Attempting unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the Platform's operation

Article 5: Visa Fee Payment

Visa fees are paid online by credit card or Mobile Money through a PCI-DSS certified secure payment platform.

Prices are displayed in XOF (CFA Franc) and may vary depending on the type of visa requested and the applicant's nationality. Fees are clearly indicated before payment validation.

Refund Policy : No refund will be granted in case of visa denial. Consular fees cover the administrative processing of the application, regardless of the final decision. In case of payment error, contact our support service within 48 hours.

Article 6: Liability and Limitations

The Senevisa Platform implements all reasonable means to ensure quality service. However, the State of Senegal cannot be held liable in case of:

  • Force majeure or events beyond its control
  • Misuse of the Platform by the user
  • Technical failure attributable to the user's internet service provider
  • Temporary unavailability related to maintenance or security updates
  • Data loss due to user's connection issues

Article 7: Terms Modification

These Terms may be modified at any time to adapt to legislative, regulatory or technical changes. Users will be informed of any substantial modification by email and/or message on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept the modifications, you must stop using the platform.
