Senevisa is the official electronic visa application platform for Senegal, implemented by the Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications and Digital. It allows foreign nationals to apply for a visa online in a simple and secure manner, track its processing in real-time and download their eVisa once approved.
Technical specifications:
  • Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG (recommended: PDF for documents, JPG for photos)
  • Maximum size: 5 MB per file
  • Minimum resolution: 300 DPI for ID photos
  • Required quality: Readable documents, not blurry, no glare
  • Color: Color recommended (no black and white photocopies)
In case of denial, you will receive an email notification with the detailed reasons for denial. You may submit a new application by correcting the issues raised and providing missing documents.

⚠️ Warning: Processing fees are non-refundable in case of denial, as they cover the administrative review of your application.
We accept payments by:
  • International credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Mobile Money (Orange Money, Free Money, Wave, Wizall)
  • Bank transfer (longer processing time)
All payments are secured through our PCI-DSS certified partner.
Once your application is submitted and payment is made, you cannot modify it directly. If you notice a significant error, immediately contact our support service at support@senevisa.sn indicating your application number. Depending on the nature of the error and processing status, we may be able to make a modification.
